Lost appetite, creating greeting cards 3:33AM
Man, I've really lost my appetite at the moment. I think its cause my stomach shrunk after not eating much at the start of the week. That hasn't happened since I don't remember when.
Lots of debates going on at the moment in the TPZ. All good to see. A note to Tom's statistics tho. I think half the time I post up two entries, one after another which then get one viewing by each person. Hence my viewings/posting ratio should really be double what it is.
I've put forth a proposition to my Auntie at Pohutukawa. I created some small greeting cards with flowers on them etc to sell with bunches of flowers. I now have to rework them to a new size then begin production. She is all keen with the idea. Unfortunetly I will only be making 10c-20c per card sold. It will need to be a bulk operation to make any decent cash. Still it is a begining and a little bit more pocket money. I still have to work on getting my digital prints revamped to sell as well.
As a kid I used to make so much stuff... little clay objects, traffic lights out of popsicle sticks, a bag of dried crushed mint (don't ask why, I think cause it smelled nice but it looked like a bag of pot), a pillow filled with those brown fluffy reed things (good idea Ash), and so on and so forth. I think I must have made many more things than this. Is cool fun making stuff. I saw the guys down at Frank Kitts carving and chipping away at their sandstone statues. Some are wicked and they sell for $4,000-$6,000. Not bad, only need to make one a month! I would like to try my hand at that one.
Today the wind rocks through Wellington. Best to stay inside else you might find yourself in Kansas.
Oh yeah, I also received a $30 music voucher. Further gratitude from the world around us for me having posted pics of Sifty up on the Export Gold website in a red dress..
