Bev's 27th... night out. 4:55AM
Gone is the God that failed...
Friday night was a big one. It was Bev's birthday and as such Martin and I prepared by pre saturation at my place. For me it was a couple of glasses of wine and half a bottle of scrumpy. Next we hit the FATS where Bev's workmate was on a stag do. Scary stuff. The FATS had $2.50 handles so we quickly got mutha fooked. After this it was off to all the sleezy, cheap meat markets, The Grand, Sports Cafe & Rain (aka the big easy).
Anyway it was a guys night out so what happens on a guys night out stays on a guys night out. Needless to say I made it home at 4am the next morning very drunk and had a bad headache the next day at midday when I arose.
Saturday was written off recovering, which was lucky in a way that I took Friday off to catch up on everything first. But come dinner time I was feeling a little better so we ordered in a few pizza's and then it was off to Zebo's for Crispy's fairwell drinks. There was a fair gathering there and Crispy was on the cocktails. Many were already drunk and so I thought a Long Island Ice Tea would do the trick and remove the last of my head ache. It needed a little help from a few beers but eventually I was back on top.
It was a good night. Tom brought Crispy a triple strength (tobasco sause) bloody marry. Some dudes were playing a hard out drinking game where they had to run around the pub like sheep dogs and fall over every so often and sing songs. The hurricanes also made an appearance and Moira the Loiwyer was there in a flash to see Christain. We ended up coming home around midnight but it was all good. Today has been cold and yuck so I've been inside not doing much.
Thats about me for now. Congrats Tim for paying off your student loan and good luck with the problem flatmate Kate :) Lucky life is so interesting huh? Wonder what will happen next..
