Then I finish work.
Tom and I have created the legend HelpDesk software. It is Godly like in its existance. I have created it, then I leave.
The hour has come for self improvement, I am getting back into the running. I must return to the 10k runs.
I feel queasy this morning. Maybe it was the pizza I ate...
Creating a new saying... 10:18AM
You know how new words or sayings keep cropping up in the language, such as WORD or BRO, WICKED or SWEET. At some point these words were not used for their current meaning. They were not so common. Someone, somewhere must have started up this craze, and it spread. I offer up a competion to those Perihelion followers who deem themselves worthy.
Invent a word or create a new saying or meaning for a word.
The competion is to see who can get their word into national use. See how clever you are. Heres my attempts...
REVOLUTION - Short hand for - one revolution of the planet. Implied meaning when spoken - same time tomorrow. Can also be followed by OF THE SUN, eg see you in one revolution of the sun, meaning see you this time next year. Examples of use, "See you next revolution" meaning see you tomorrow. "See you two revolutions from now". etc.
BOOM_FA_VOR! - Spelt with underscores. Meaning - fucking yeah. Spoken when happy about something or when something has gone right.
DOGMAI - I am God! An word greatness of self for a particular reason. Can often be used in arrogance. Work it out...
Two attitudes... 4:07PM
There are two main attitudes in life that people can take...
1. Those that aim high. They only achieve 75% of what they wanted to but they are happy that they did so well.
2. Those that aim low. They acheive 100% of what they aimed for and are happy they didn't fail. However what they achieved is only 25% of their full potential.
The differences here are simply one of attitude... and the small matter of the 50% extra performance of one over the other.
