The Book of Ashes

Evolution and indoor nats 9:09PM

So last week I had a massive email debate about evolution with cousin Simon. Good to stretch the brain a bit. He's over in Aussie for work so probably a little bored and more than happy to play devils advocate. Love the debates. Need lots of time to get into them though.

So Friday night I drove up to Palmy with the boss and a few frisbee friends. We were going to Indoor Nationals to play in the social league. Its two days of frisbee, 10 games all up (40 mins each) and the most frisbee I've ever played before. It was awesome. We had a really good team, lost our first two games then won the next 4. That got us into the top half of the competion for the next day.

The next day we won our first game then lost the next 3. I think we were starting to tire a bit by that point. I know I was. We played well though and came 8th out of 26 teams. I'll try and post some photos up at some point, have a few good action ones from Aaron's camera.

So Monday I was tired and hurt a bit but mostly my eyes were sore (you know how it hurts to move your eyes left to right when you have the flu? like that). Today the legs weren't feeling that bad but we had a game after work and they were feeling pretty stiff after that. Indoor finishes soon then after a two week break we go to outdoors.

Tonight is our first night warm enough not to need a fire.
