From one concert to another. From one posting to another.
Last time I spoke, I had been to Gatecrasher. Tonight I did Iron Maiden. All of them. I have successfully spanned my two main genres. Metal and Trance. Wicked I tell you, wicked I am. I yearn for more. I have missed so much Maiden. It was a small sample. They promised more. Up the Irons!
Don't know how many were there, but Earls court holds about 20,000 and it was about 80% full. Figure it out for yourself. So many maiden fans. Even though I had a crap seat (and even though I had a seat, and desired the mosh) it was a great strong performance. I danced on my seat and drank vodka. What an experience!
Ok, bring the hype down. Slow down the breathing.
I'm not maiden'ed out either. Still listening to it now. Hallowed be thy name.
