Full of life 8:19PM

I, too, feel full of life. It's easy to see why. A hefty yoga session last night. Fantastic weather - it was 33 degrees on Sunday. Today is going to be a mild 28 degrees, with clear blue skies all around. It's the warm air flowing over from Africa. I am also free of the commuting weight of Leeds, and able to be in control of my food supply again. Fresh and healthy.

Last weekend I had picnics and bbqs galore. I've got a lasting tan.

This high feeling inspires me to buy more stuff.

Crispy is naught.
