I am experimenting on myself. I am living in a different time zone from those around me. So, I am going to bed at 4am and getting up at lunchtime. I have breakfast at 1pm and dinner at 1am. So far it feels very natural. One bonus is that it makes it much easier to have long phone calls to Montreal (uh-ha, maybe that's why I'm doing the experiment?).
Tonight I am stretching further. I started work at 5pm and I will probably work until 8am. It's not like there is any sunlight to be catching during the day anyway - sunset is now at 4pm.
One day I will discover the purpose of this experiment. Or I won't.
