well my weekend wasn't quite as uneventful as my week.. friday night was union college (a hostel) cocktails. went with tim and anna and angie and dale and there was heaps of others there who i knew. got totally hammered. they had $1 shots and i can't remember how many i did.... had a few drunk revelations as you do and then kate gave us a lift home.. was hardly even hungover on saturday too. sunbathed for a bit saturday morn then tim turned up. we went down to saints and sinners and he taught me how to play chess. then came home played my first game against david and kicked his arse.. well not really it was a bit of beginners luck but i was stoked all the same. later on Paul and Murray turned up so yarned to them for a while and organised to play some pool. we went down to the local indro hotel and had a few drinks and played some pool. really want to get better at playing pool. it's so fun and i suck!
it is soooo hot today. been sunbathing because i can't get my arse up to do anything else.
and don't really want to be seen in public at the mo. i look like i've been punched in the face. i've always been the type to attract mosquitoes and i always get chronically bitten but never before has my face swelled up like this. yesterday i must have been bitten by a mossie at some stage just to the left of my left eye. it was red and there was a bump there but nothing major. then i woke up this morning and my eye was so puffed up i could hardly open it. so kate drove me down to the 24/7 chemist and i'm now armed with some potent antihistamine cream but it's still all puffy. i hope it fixes itself before uni tomorrow. i didn't realise i was so vain, but i'm so not going to uni like this!

it is still soooo hot, gonna find it hard to sleep me thinks. got up to like 30 degrees or something today. i'm sunburned, but hopefully it will just become a mad tan.
just had sushi for dinner.. sushi is great.
my eye is going down too. still itchy tho so i'll probably scratch it in my sleep
