played pool last night with Paul.. it was all good. tho kate piked AGAIN! needs to get out more that girl.
we met a couple of locals and played a few games against them. they were about the same level as us so it was sweet. tried to make out that we were really awesome... worked for a bit. at one stage i did this amazing shot and got 2 balls in at once. it looked so profesh. but then, the very shot after i sunk the white... oops, kinda spoiled it.
it'd be so cool to have a pool table here. the Indro Hotel's okay but it costs $3 a game. it'd be cool if we could play here for free with a few mates and some drinks. maybe when i'm a rich engineer ;) (classic statement in our faculty!) when i'm a rich engineer i'm gonna be paying my parents off for near 10 years!
btw jason's coming to pick up the last of his stuff today... donations still welcome for a washing machine or microwave....
