i'm at the library at 8.00 today so i'm rewarding my earlybirdness by bumming around for a bit. why do i need to justify my slackness?
yesterday was really freaky. i went and picked abbie and becky up from the airport. so good to see them. but that wasn't the freaky part. as i was getting off the train to meet them, esther and kirsty (mates from welly) had just got off the flight before abbie and beckys and they were in brissy for a night! so after i'd met the girls we all met up at the Palace, where everyone happened to be staying (it's a very cool hostel in central city, lots of hot foreign guys walking from the showers wearing only their towels ;) we had a wander round the city, had something to eat, then had a couple of drinks at the downunder bar. reminded me of how excited i am to be coming home in 2 weeks. shit 2 weeks, that's not long at all. better make the most of this weather and get some sunbathing in! well that won't be happening, not till after exams anyway... back to stud
