Live and Stabbing Westward 6:19AM
just come back from a walk up to Techtonics with ash.. i should really explain what i'm doing at the mo actually. i'm staying at ash's in welly for the weekend after seeing Live and Stabbing Westward last night. right now i'm writing straight onto the server machine 'cos theres no internet here yet. Live and Stabbing Westward were soooo awesome. i live for live concerts, not just Live either but all good bands (oohh live three times in one sentence :). The atmosphere is always awesome. Crowd surfing, moshing, flashing ;) all part of a good concert! don't worry mum the flashing wasn't me!
anyways back to last week.. flight was pretty uneventful apart from some good turbulance. was pretty buggered when i got home. then went off to my aunties surprise birthday party in New Plymouth for the weekend. That was really cool. good to see the family and everything. this last week i have been alternatively working for my uncle at a rural newspaper doing odd jobs and planting bulbs with some mates from school, Tit, Yvette and Bam. Has been good. Earned some money which luckily i don't have yet otherwise i would have spent it ALL today. There is some awesome clothes around welly at the moment. well there always is i spose. i'd so love some new clothes. oh well. wait till i'm a rich engineer ;) ..staying another night here, maybe two depending. see what happens. Thanks ash :) going to make cocktails tonight which i'm sure ash'll write all about so i'm gonna sign off.
server down 11:32AM
damn, so much has happened since i last wrote... why didn't the server go down while i was in exams and had nothing to write about!
the last entry was when we watched secret life of us at our place. kinda stupid place to be watching it actually because our tv is tiny! i'm not going to tell what happened 'cos i've since found out secret life is here in nz. it's a cool programme. you should watch it
the following night, my last night in aussie, a group of us went to the Pig 'n' Whistle for dinner, which was all cool. had a few drinks, gave anna her b'day pressie for the 1st of Dec(hehehehe), wandered home about 1-ish, then got up at 4am to pack so i could leave at 5.30 to be at the airport around 6! Thanks Kate for the lift :
