surprisingly Tim has been really great the last week or so. he must have realised that he doesn't really want to be evicted.
have been really busy with uni so not much goss. though i did go and see robert kiyosaki live in concert ;) ..it was really good. met kim kiyosaki too. shook her hand and had a yarn to her. she seems like such a awesome lady. got a bit of advice from her. basically she just said that you can't expect to invent ways to get rich yourself. if you learn from others who have done it before you, you are much more likely to succeed. as with anything really. if you want to be a good painter you study great painters. education is the key. and i'm not talking uni or school but real world education.
