came out of the cave for the weekend. went to livid on saturday. livid is a big music festival kinda like big day out. it used to just be in brissy but now it tours round aussie. highlight band was jurassic 5.. i didn't know much of their stuff but i really enjoyed it. and pacifier was just as excellent as always (gotta love john toogood). other highlights of the day: i stole my housemate, Bens, glasses back from the guy who stole them from him and i ended up with more money than i started with (i still can't work out why! think someone must have given me more change than i was owed).

i knew heaps of different people who were going and ended up sifting between each group until about 4 when me and drew ditched everyone else. drew is a brother of a friend of a friends boyfriend. we had such an excellent time just hanging out. we saw living end and J5, which were both awesome! then we watched a little of linkin park, the white stripes and ended lying on the concrete listening to 'me first and the gimme gimme's'. that was just the begining though.. his car was at southbank and we gave up on the idea of catching the train or a taxi after the whole of livid lined every taxi rank and the train station was packed. so we walked to south back from the RNA show grounds via QUT and the goodwill bridge. we first kissed on a rock next to the bridge. he drove me home and then drove himself home. i will be soooo gutted if he doesn't call!
