Hmm I just read crispys passage dated 28/02/02.
For such a clean livin kinda guy he certainly has a warped mind.
In my experience, seeds quite like the ground, especially if it is a little damp, and infact time tends to make them stronger. Case in point.
You can stomp on and destroy an Acorn that is a few months old, but I suggest that you would have some issues stomping on and destroying the resulting oak tree several hundred years later.
Infact you could chop the oak tree down to make wodden mallets to help with the acorn stomping.
My Advice to you Crispy....... WATER YOUR SEEDS.
Oh and a bit of sunlight couldnt hurt either.
Now a stone... well that is another matter entirely, infact after formation the ground and time would be the stones worst enemy.
