And so we came across the Civic Square, hidden deep in the recess of the city, it harbored the elusive Design Ball. Coming into the Square we came across our first sightings of some would be designers.

Stylie dudes
These dudes were stylie, theres something about a 70's costume that is just plain cool. You wouldn't ever wear one out on the town though unless you had a fancy dress party to go to but once you did then you rock. Its hard to see in this photo but the dude to the left has a wicked afro and the guy on the right has fury legs, what the fuck is with that any way ? Maybe he hasn't shaven them for a while. Next we found a fairy and a princess...

Scene from Scream IV
Hey wait a sec, where'd that scream guy come from ? Hehehe... what a cool photo. Tom thought the chick on the left was pretty hot, I couldn't find any reason to disagree. So after this we hung around the entrance to the design ball for a while. There was some freaky people there. One guy was going on about how he had no dee-gree and no shite edukation but he waz gonna get into da ball man. He was walking round and talking out loud and scaring people so we left. We decided it was time for some professional photo shots on the bridge...

"Couch on Stairs"
Here is the famous "Couch on Stairs" photo that won acclaim from all art critics that were there on the night. This was later followed by "Couch on Bridge" and "Ash in can with Couch", thus bringing about what is now know as the "Couch" era.

"Couch on Bridge"
If us four were to travel to different countries around the world then this photo would become world famous. How hard is that ? :)

"Ash in can with Couch"
Its hard to see in this photo but I'm in the trash can there. Yup, trashy Ash.

"Asleep on couch"
We stopped here for a short nap. People were beginning to tire and we had run out of alcohol so Crispin offered to do a quick mission to the 24hour and get some beers and snacks. We moved on in the general direction of Frank Kits park and the blue light district...
