Still painting the girls bathroom. 3:50AM

Wednesday night I had a crap night. Went to bed at 10pm and finally got to sleep at 4:30. I got up around 9am though and didn't feel that tired. My runny nose was still there but getting better now. That was my first almost cold for the year. Hopefully thats it. I found 5 & 10c yesterday as well. Not bad going.

I sanded down and painted the undercoat for the girls bathroom. Is looking pretty good now. I also finished off my programming work.

Come 5pm the skys opened and it pissed down with rain. First Dan came home, drenched from his short walk, then Fi came by also wet. I went out to have a look but it had subsided a bit. Still there were streams of water rushing down all the gutters. The it rained on and off all that night with some thunder and lightning as well. Dan and I sat inside, warm under our super cool duvets and watched Star Wars Episode I with audio commentry. It was really interesting with George Lucus and the other guys telling how this effect was made or what sounds they used there or stuff like that. Also the deleted scenes are cool. We then watched the whole thing again afterwards. Got to bed around 12:30 and actually had a good nights sleep for once.

Got up early today and went to work. Handed over my little job to a guy there, told him how it would all work and filled in my timesheets then left. Will get a little bit of cash for that. Came home and painted on the final coating for the bathroom. It seems when I try to clean paint off stuff (such as paint brushes) I make more of a mess so I gave up on that. Now I hang round till 6pm when I go out to Zibibos for farewell drinks for Chris
