The Perihelion is now text message capable, well almost... 4:54AM
Yeah baby! After sending about 20 txt msgs to my fucking program it is now finally working. You will be seeing many more messages like the one above in the future. I sent that to the site via my cell phone. The program is still in beta testing mode but once I've worked everything out properly then all you savants will be able to text in your diary entries via cell phone (and much more). Very, very damn cool! The Perihelion will soon have remote access. After that if I'm good enough I will try and get it working the other way, so that the Perihelion can send out txt msgs... Now wouldn't that be cool

Of plants and the night out with Tom after some redundancies at TT 12:46PM
Greenery surrounds me. Lush new growth outside my bedroom window and plants flowering and growing all around me. Spring is here, new life, new beginings. I have just been up the mountain and the snow is retreating, ever higher, and whence it goes, the hardiest of plants come out to live once again. I am not a summer plant. I live throughout winter as well, tho many people are like this, hybernating till summer comes, then once again becoming active. Winter is the time of the mind. Summer of the body. Partake of both and live a balanced life...
A plant is an amazing thing. I have been away for two days and come back to find my strawberry plant looking very droopy. The leaves are all hanging over the edges. I watered it last night and this morning it is all upright and vibrant, just like that. Its amazing how important water is to you. Remember always drink more water at high altitudes. You need it!
Friday>> Friday was a busy day. I was caught up on my ICQ SMS program and didn't want to do anything else. Thomas came round after work and we played chess. I got a message from the developers that they were having beers at Arizona. There had been a few redundancies at TT and they wanted to drink away their sorrows. I was obliged to come down and drink with them. A few quiet ones I told myself, then back to my program. My program hasn't heard from me since. I ended up hanging out with Tom & Steve Web for a few drinks at Arizona. Tom got a free beer out of me for publicly snogging a deer...

I think he just did it cause we saw some nice chicks do it before and he wanted to impress them. I think you need to work on your technique a little Tom!
Well it ended up just being the hardcore, Mr Sifty and myself. We headed out to Jet bar for a few more drinks and a catch up with another contender for world domination, Mr Mat (with the out of control side burns). Mat was cool. We breifly met his girlfriend before he sent her home and we headed off to Vespa. There we met a very drunk Be-anka (no idea how to spell that so just read it out) whose 24th birthday it was. We discussed the important things in life then moved on through the back doors to Blow. Blow was alright. We noticed a few people going hardcore on the various kinds of drugs before we moved on to Paradiso bar. We lost Mat at some stagea and ended up heading home. On my way home I noticed a txt msg from Martin asking what I was up too so I turned around and headed back into town. We ended up at Diva where I bumped into Ems doing the Lone Spader routine (Copyrighted by Dan Henderson). She looked pretty wasted and headed home soon after. Martin and I stayed out till the wee hours of the morning...
