Coming back to Wellington 12:24PM

And so as all good things do my holiday ended. I had sampled Aucklands finest cusine (Wendys), swelted in the heat and seen many fine sights. Now I was at the airport, passing through security, smuggling three ummmm educational CDs thru for the Arse Master. He knows who he is. I shall have to verify that the content is suitable for one his age before passing them on. The flight back was awesome. I always love the acceleration you get on takeoff. It was a pretty cloudless day flying back and I spent most of my time glued to the window. Even tho I had the side facing out towards the sea I still loved it. I stared down at the sea imagining how closely they resembled raytraced waves (not bad from a hight). The sun shone a brillant reflection at me as I used its angle to calculate a rough estimate for the angle we turned at the midpoint of the flight over New Plymouth. I was interested to note that we flew to New Plymouth then towards the west of the South Island then turned into Wellington and not a straight path over the North Island. The angle turned over New Plymouth was about 15 degrees by my reckoning. Dunno how acurate that is. Mt Taranaki was awesome. A perfect snow topped cone (well as perfect as you get in nature) flattening out into paddocks and roads and the city. So much to see. As with the sky tower view I sat glued to the glass taking it all in. How come things look so cool from up high? I reckon you cannot truely appreciate the size of the Earth till you are high enough to see its curvature. Its kind of like how you can't truely appreciate a chicks tits till you've seen her cleavage... yeah? :)

So I arrived back in Wellington and straight away noticed how much cooler it was. It was so nice. I checked up on all my messages then crashed. Tired from an excellent trip up north. Next day I found myself at Dodgy Steve's rental, painting the walls (I so wanted to call him Steve-O). That night after painting we grabbed a feed then headed out to Ems for her fairwell BBQ (we didn't realise it was a BBQ till we got there). Ems leaves for Chile tomorrow lunch time so have a fucking wicked time there and keep us up to date on the site...

So today... after a little sleep in I was on my way to Steve's again. This time I brought my camera, aka my mp3 player. My piddly 16mb smart media card only holds 3 songs so they repeated over and over all day long. That was sweet tho as I had choosen some cool ones. Painting was relaxing, good for the soul (and the pocket). I decided I'm going to buy a 128mb card with the cash I earn. Then the skys my limit, unlimited photos, many, many movies and lots of songs. Yay!

Now once again I am tired, been gym, caught up with Martin, shorted more shit at home. Need sleep, but won't. Night all
