I watched a show tonight where they did an interesting experiment. They sent a guy and a girl out onto campus and both had to ask random strangers the same question...

Hi, I've noticed you around campus and think you've very attractive. Would you like to sleep with me tonight?

Roughly those words. Now for starters how hard is that to pull off without feeling a dork but whats interesting is the results. The guy pulled the line off pretty smoothly but got no takers. Most girls thought he was kidding or told him politely no as they quickly walked away. The girl on the other hand was a whole different story, she got a whopping 3 out of 4 takers and must have had a very busy night indeed
! Interesting the different responses to casual sex bewteen guys and girls.

They also noted that girls were more attracted to masculine guys (with strong features etc) arround ovulation and more femine when not ovulating. This mean that during ovulation they were more on the prowl and more likely to cheat! They also reckon that 1 in 10 fathers are unknowningly bringing up children that aren't their's. Scarey. Must remember to DNA test my children :)

The funny thing was the old geezer hosting the show who did a sniff test on t-shirts worn for 2 days, sleeping in them too, by about 6 woman. He sniffed them all then ordered them from best smelling to worst. The technical guy then pulled off labels revieling how many markers of immunity traits the guy had in common with these woman (something like that). The less the better as this meant your genes would mix giving the best of both worlds. He pretty much ordered them exactly right on the sniff test, dirty old bastard... I guess this says something for those sicko's that go round sniffing girls underwear. They probably just have a highly developed sense of smell and are just trying to determine their best possible mate for producing children in the future. Yeah right!

So what have I been up to tonight? Posting my indexer program up on a million shareware sites. Well probably more like 10. There are so many of them, I didn't realise. Luckily they have developed this standardised PAD file format which you fill out once then post to a new site and it uploads all company, individual, program info in one foul swoop, saving you the hassal of mass repetitive data entry per site. I am now officially listed on 5 shareware sites and pending another 5 or so. Its going to be big I tells you!

Found $20 on the way to work today 11:25AM

Things go well when you're in a good mood. It's kinda hard to explain. I guess cause you're happy you take your time and do things right with out hurrying things and everything works out.

I found $20 in the gutter this morning, lying there all cold and lonely. I picked it up and befriended it and gave it a new home in my wallet. We are now both the happier although I plan to throw my new friend out some day. I'm just waiting for the right opportunity when a better friend will come along like a hot lunch, or a movie ticket or shopping then I'll dump him like he was never anything to me. Such is life.

Work is going well today. I seem to be fixing all my problems with less problems appearing than ones I'm fixing. All is well in Ash land
