Mexican Party 9:59AM
Friday, shit I don't remember what I did Friday. Must have been a big weekend. Oh yeah, F&C; at N&Ps.; Fish and Chips at Nana & Poppa's to fairwell mum. I was up early on Saturday to see her off to China. She caused her usual scene. First she had the wrong queue. Next she was over weight with her baggage. Then she needed $200 changed to US dollars to see her through the first couple of days (withdrawal, Ash), then she was argueing in another cue her weight limit. By now it was 20 to 9 when the plane was flying out and we still hadn't checked in her bags. I was scared I'd be stuck with her ;) So finally we get her through, no extra charge for all that baggage and shes off. Phew, back to bed.
Saturday night was Steve, Leon and Brookes combined Mexican party, it was a 30-30-25 party. It went off. We all dressed up, in Sombraros, Ponchos, as Speedy Gonzalas, as Mexican revolutionaries. There were many a drink to become merry on, margaretta's, tequila shots and chile vodka. I have never drunk so much tequila in my life. It was an excellent party though. Speedy was well dressed. He drank red bull all night and by the end of it was hooning around the dance floor. People were grinning everywhere and having an excellent time. Steve did two worms from the bottom of the bottle and was happily wasted. At midnight they brought out the (I forget its name) hangy thing that you smack with a stick. That was heaps of fun as well watching drunk, blindfolded people flail about in the dark with a stick. Eventually it was smashed and goodies were spilt all over the floor. I stumbled home some time around 2am.
Sunday
Slept a straight 12 hours. Head hurt, felt sick. Didn't get out of bed till about 4. Only started to feel better around 7pm. Daylight savings kicked in and we lost a precious hour of sleep.
Monday
Lots more daylight hours after work. First sunny day in ages. I was a little worn still from the weekend but not bad. Want more money...
