Sorry about the server downtime yesterday. For the record TomCat has not yet fallen over. We had some lightning the other night and the lights were flickering so I unplugged the computers (a while back my PC reset itself while copying LOST movies off an IPOD during lightning). Then the next morning it was freezing cold and our alarm didn't go off. I woke up at 5 to 8, an hour late (I usually leave at 8) so managed to get up and have a shower and still make it to work in time but I felt like shit and didn't pick up till lunch time. Anyway this meant that I didn't get a chance to turn the webserver back on. Sorry about that.
Now I got a good story for you. The other day at work my boss turns to me and says, "Ashley, did you just log a helpdesk call?", I say "No I don't think so", wondering if I accidently did or not. He says "Yeah I think you did", I say "No, don't think I did", he says "Yeah... Healthy man looking for a boy. Hi my name is Ashley... ring any bells?" now I'm starting to think he's taking the piss. "You're joking right?". No go to the helpdesk system and check out job #5708. OK, I go in, the job appears, and reads...

OK, I'm starting to get it now. We have an automated helpdesk system at work. Any emails sent to helpdesk@outwide automatically generate a new ticket. This one looks like spam that just happens to have my name in it. The guys at work get txted each time theres a new ticket created so they found it rather funny that one had been created for me.
Fucking cold right now. Hailed yesterday, raining lots for the rest of the time. I want to stay in bed.
