So I was talking to Martin on MSN Messenger the other night. He told me to install Skype so a couple of minutes later it was downloaded and installed. I setup an account and next thing you knew I was talking to Martin in London via the Internet. Pretty good stuff. Excellent sound quality. Shame he didn't have a webcam as it does that now as well. Will have to test that out with another mate but I recommend.
Also talked to Manson the other day. He's enjoying himself, wondering why Tom and Steve aren't emailing him (maybe because nothing is happening here?). But funny thing was when I told him our alarm story he said the same thing happened to him. I was about to say so your flatmate set off your alarm system that haden't been used for 6 years? But he said he set it off and forgot the pin number, went on for 10 mins before he remembered it and by then the neighbours had come around to see what all the noise was about. Trust Manson to do that. Pretty embarrassing he said.
So I've heard a rumour that the little park in front of my work (corner of Courtenay and Taranaki and not Pigeon park) is going to be turned into a wine bar or something. I'll let you know if anything changes...
