final shopping 11:32AM
today we got done, hopefully, the final shopping before christmas. did the food stock up. hopefully won't have to go in to town again. tho Feildings not exactly a bustling metropolis it does get a little hectic.
went round to my aunties this arvo to make my skirt for the boxing day races. i bought this $2 green and yellow hat from manchester house in Feilding yesterday so this yellow skirt and my aqua singlet look primo together! hopefully i'll get some pictures. btw this is not an honest attempt to dress up for the races as the whole outfit is not worth anywhere near $100 but more a mockery. Should be fun! anyway mum and my aunty got on the wines (they are both very cheap drunks) and it was sooo funny! i drove home.
how good are op shops tho. me and anna, my sister, went in for a look and to get a couple of hats maybe. we ended up getting 2 pairs of pants, 2 t-shirts, about 4 shirts, and 5 hats. all for $26!! nice.
going off to bed now to read the Fellowship of the Ring......
