well didn't get down to welly in the end. little disappointed but i really wasn't in the mood to go all the way down there just for one night. 'cos babysitting today. money in the pocket, all is well. jack and charlie were a handful again. but in a good way. just wore me out totally! i'll sleep well tonight! tho missed out on having coffee with rose which bummed me out a bit. hopefully catch up when she gets back from the land of gumboots.
yarned to sifty last night too. good to catch up. it's funny how some people you can yarn to as if you hadn't not seen them for just over a year whereas others, it feels like they don't know you anymore and they see right through you as they talk. kinda sad, but people and friendships change. ya can't do much about it. just move with it and value what was there once.
weather sux here. tho its nice to curl up under the duvet again. almost finished the ironing, next it's catering for christmas. then hopefully i'll have enough money for my planned holidays. done with catching up with the family so i'm gapping. plans are taupo then maybe waihi, Mt Maunganui, then Cambridge, then Auckland. hopefully somewhere in between all that i'll get back down to welly... shoppings good down there i heard ;
