i went to an awesome real estate seminar on thursday night. i was really impressed. the guy, Neil Jenman, started working in real estate in queensland ages ago and basically revealed all the dirt on how corrupt a lot of the real estate agents are. it was a good insight and he was a really good speaker too. he's back in brissy on 12th May and i recommend anyone who ever thinks that they may ever buy a house or sell a house to go and see him.
