How come some people seem to be able to breeze through their day without seeming to put in much effort and still get results, and others have to work ultra hard? Does hard work pay off in the end?

And if its about how you do it rather than what you do then how do you now what to do to do it better?

I also want to know if any one is reading these posts?, I have typically been a bit slack in updating, mainly because I feel like i have nothing of interest to add, however I am happy to blither on inanely if I have an audience... excluding Ashley :).
