A sunday that wasn't 5:56AM

(Infact its 7pm here, not 6am!)

Well I'm a bit confused as to what to put into these entries. I write a personal diary every once in a while, but its not fit for public consumption. I had a look at
ThatGirl
that Ash credits as his inspiration for this, but I'm not sure I really want to invite all the freaks out there on the web into my life quite like that. I reckon her site is quite cool though, and if you're going to have a site about yourself it should be like that. Or like this. It should be honest, and straight forward and I quite agree with some of her comments about the content she puts up there, but its not really what I want to put here all the same.

So anyway I'll just bang on about the usual dross that goes on in my day to day existance, and stop stressing out about the perceived need I feel to put something deep up here. Tonight is Ice Cream Sundae at the 'Loco'. This is regular free Sunday night event at this pretty typical English pub. They have this sports lounge out in the back room, but on Sunday nights they ditch the pool table and turn off the mock antique lights, wheel in a huge pa, some lighting and various groups of DJs play to an 'up for it' small friendly crowd of about 75 people. This is quite cool. E took me there on my first day in Cambridge and I go there most Sundays now. The freak coefficient is pretty low and the music is good. Every week they have different DJs, and even when somebody plays who might have played before its different.

Anyway I had a late night last night, and had to work today (Sunday here). (I got paid double time today, which almost makes it worthwhile!). So I'm off for a quick nap before heading down the road for a pre-Loco drink.
