Okay this is a very small entry. Yeah bummer about the server being down.. I was hanging out to post heaps, I thought that maybe work had locked down some addresses or something (likely as they installed a new firewall the other day). But no it was just a plain old hardware issue. Good form on getting it sorted guys.

Still got lost of this in text for so I~{!/~}ll put it up later.

Okay I~{!/~}m now paying 12p a minute for this so unless I get at another PC this afternoon this will be it for a while. Why am I getting ripped off for internet access again? Well Friday was my last day of work. Wednesday I~{!/~}m off up north with my bike and what little cash I~{!/~}ve saved to check out the Scottish highlands.

Brief summary of the last week: Thursday massive subsonic bass action till 2am at the junction. Midday Friday most of my department at work hits the pub for three hours for my leaving drinks. I get a cool t-shirt, money and couple of funny books. Most unexpected. Saturday Mike, Jane and Craig come up for the night. Drinking in very hot sun in park all afternoon, picnic action. Sunday punting on the river. Followed by quite drinks in the park till the sun went down. Its hot as hell here currently. Today I~{!/~}m packing and trying to sort out my life, and bumming around town. My friend Eric is moving out soon, his flat has been sold and he~{!/~}s off to NZ in a few weeks. So I have to move all my stuff up to another place for storage.
