Operation wardrobe 9:30AM
So I have reached 100% completion on operation wardrobe - (Phase 1)
Seems to work, doors opens and shut, everything mostly parallel.. floors not flat in my room.. but wardrobe seems to be adaptive to that. Holds all my clothes. Infact I need to buy more hangers so I can stash more clothes in there.
Phase 2 is fittings: Door handles, little magnetic catches to hold the door shut, and a rail inside to hold ties and belts.
Phase 3 if anybody cares is finishing it. Probably a dark stain.. so you still see the grain .. then varnish.
Scooter is in freakin stasis waiting for another useless tradesperson.
This time its the upholster who is recovering the seat. I think in my next project I will have perfect tradepeople, who will do their work cheaply, on time and at the agreed price - cos i've had every other mo-fo useless tradeperson!! Is it that much to ask? I mean okay stuff happens and you can't do the work ontime. But, for example, if you've been upholstering things for years you must have some realistic idea of the time it will take to complete something? and you could make a decent revised estimate ?
Surely?
