I agree with you about uppermangement. But i don't like the whole uppermangement system. They have nobody to answer to. I know they are supposed to answer to the shareholders but that doesn't really count. I mean, prime example. On the news a while back they were looking at the wages of executives. Now, i am actually fine with paying an executive 10million a year. Because if they increase profits by 10%, (upwards of 75 million) they deserve a cut, its just business. What is wrong is the fact that they get paid so much is they vote for pay increases. In one company the stardard workers wage had increased 3% in 5 years or something, and in the same time the CEO's wage went up 156%. That is fucked. The question is, who should the people who should goven those who have nobody to answer to?
