But a female executive is hard to find. For a number of reasons. In no order. obviously pregnancy, anybody who leaves the industry for a year + suffers a major blow to their carear. But also becuase the guys up top what male coworkers (old fags). I remember reading somewhere that the females who did best in executive positions where ones who acted (body language) like men. Made her coworkers feel comfortable... i guess a bit of the whole ""when in rome do as the romans."" Which is fucked. Like the whole uppermangement. But then again, i don't know anyone who is in upper management of a fortune 500 so, im not sure. But, on the lower positions, i don't think there is any problems. Yeah, there arn't as many females in engg, true. There arn't many guys in OT. Not because of any oppression, but because of personal choice.
